Shipping Policy


All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority.


Orders typically take up to 3-4 business day to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting the following business day.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail or any other problems not faulted to us such as incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. Once your status is delivered, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. 

Possible Delays

We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Tracking My Order

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit to manually input your tracking number.

The time it takes to receive items includes processing + shipping transit time. Also, ordering a PREORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date
