Return Policy

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from DAMIS ACTIVEWEAR are eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery. 

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

Please contact support@damisactivewear.com about returning your items FOR EXCHANGE. Once the request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your item to. Customer are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please allow 7-10 days after items has been delivered to process your store credit or exchange if applicable. In order to honor any exchanges or store credit, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN , UNWASHED, NO DAMAGE, UNUSED AND WITH TAGS ATTACHED
NO VISIBLE MAKEUP OR DEODORANT ON ITEMS

Free gifts or promotional items
Items marked FINAL SALE
Sunglasses
Tops & Bodysuits
Swimwear
Lingerie
Worn items

RETURNS

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
